HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We work really hard to ship orders within the following timeframes for items that are not back-ordered or part of a group free shipping code:

 

If for some unexpected reason we are not able to ship items within these timeframes, we will make every effort possible to notify you.

Shipping times depend upon the shipping method selected during checkout. For your convenience, we offer both U.S. postal service and FedEx shipping. Approximate shipping times are listed in the shopping cart next to each available shipping method.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs depend on the shipping method selected as well as the weight and dimensions of the product(s) being purchased.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES OF PRODUCT PURCHASES

Of course, we want you to be happy with your purchases. CAUSETEAM is all about providing high-quality merch and helping good causes achieve their fundraising goals.

As you may know, with every product purchase, 40% of that purchase is donated to the CausePage you chose to support. That’s awesome, right? But, it does make exchanges, returns, and refunds a little tricky.

Because of that 40% donation, we cannot allow purchase refunds unless you contact us immediately after you have made your purchase. Instead, we have provided the following exchange policies to accommodate, as many as possible, supporters in various situations. 

Exchanges for Damage, Defective Products, or Incorrect Orders:

If we make a mistake on your order or if the product you receive is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please complete our exchange form and we will be happy to replace or exchange the item(s), free of charge, for a period of up to 30 days from the shipment date.

Exchanges of CauseTeam Branded Items

Our branded items are any of the products that we offer that are not customized to a specific CausePage.

If you are unsatisfied with one of these products you receive, for any reason, you are able to exchange that item for another item of equal value for up to 30 days from the shipment date.

The item must be in a new, unused, and unwashed condition when it is exchanged. Please use our exchange form to process your exchange.  

Note: You are responsible for paying the return shipping of your item, but we will cover the cost to ship your new item back to you.

Exchange of Custom Items

Custom items are products that we’ve uniquely created for a specific CausePage. All custom items are marked as “Custom Items” on the website.

Because these items are specialty items and customized, we are not able to resell them. So, unfortunately, we cannot allow exchanges. 

 

 

REFUND OF CASH DONATIONS

We do allow for refunds of cash donations but only for a period of three (3) business days after the date of transaction. If you would like a refund of a cash donation, please contact us by email at hello@causeteam.com.

Exception: If your cash donation refund request is within the last couple of days of the month, it's possible we may not be able to refund your donation. Because we are a fundraising company, we run the reports and begin the payout process to our CausePage Leaders on the last day of the month. If your donation has already been 'given' to that CausePage, we cannot allow a refund.
