Samantha Condrick was a beloved sister of the Gamma Omicron chapter of Gamma Phi Beta at the University of Kentucky. She was a friend to all and served as the Panhellenic Affairs Vice President during her time with the sisterhood. On January 30th, 2021, Sam unfortunately passed away, leaving behind a legacy of what it means to be a strong and confident woman of character. We here at Gamma Phi Beta at the University of Kentucky have begun a memorial scholarship in her honor, to help provide membership to other confident women of character who embody Sam's spirit and what it means to be a Gamma Phi Beta. Sam was funny, outgoing, and beyond all loved her sisters and this chapter, and we wish to continue to spread the memories and sisterhood that Sam loved so dearly.
For all who knew Sam, they can confidently say she was a great friend, incredible singer (and Go Go Gamma superstar), and all around a wonderful person. When asked to describe Sam in one word, many sisters chose the world "Bold". This was chosen due to her confidence and ability to capture a room's attention. Therefore, we wish to use the phrase "Live Boldly" to keep Sam's memory alive and remind all of us to live to our fullest potential, the way Sam would have wanted us to. All of the T-shirts purchased will have a portion of the profit go to supporting our mission to help provide other women with the sisterhood and lifelong friendships that Sam loved to share. Please consider being apart of our journey to raise money for the Samantha Condrick Memorial Scholarship!
