Story
Westyn, age 6 is currently battling a rare form of childhood cancer for a third time. First diagnosed when he was 2 with what oncologist call Dicer1 related sertoli-leydig tumor of the lung.
He's gone through 9 months of aggressive chemotherapy in 2019, then relapsed in 2021 and went through another 6 months of harsh chemo. He relapsed a second time this past fall and is currently undergoing more chemo for the next 12+ months. Proton radiation is another treatment possibility in the future.
His mother had to quit her job to care for him due to his treatment schedule and scans. Big brother, Noah is 11 years old.
