“I have cancer – cancer does not have me.” Aimee Ellis is on her life journey as all of us are on our own unique path. Through these peaks and valleys of our individual journey it sometimes feels as though we walk alone or among a close few.
At times like this, through the valley… we need to walk on our journey with an ARMY!
Aimee’s Army was born from an idea to let Aimee know she is not alone on her journey. She is a WARRIOR.
With your support we will benefit Aimee on her journey and more importantly her fire to be a world-changer as she educates herself and others on traditional and alternative options to fight cancer!! These alternative options unfortunately are not covered by traditional insurance. Long-term she imagines a non-profit focused on this mission.
Our goal is to raise $5000 by March 27th, Aimee’s 43rd birthday.
Without you – this journey will not be possible.
After a routine mammogram in October of 2018 Aimee was diagnosed with DCIS Breast Cancer. In November of 2018 she had a double mastectomy with positive outcome and was told she had a 1% chance of re-occurrence. Fast forward a year to the fall of 2019 when she was wrestling with Jack her son and he was tickling her armpit and hit a sore spot. Aimee reached out to her doctors and an ultrasound was ordered which showed a reactive lymph node. On November 15, 2019 she received devastating news that her biopsy came back and was positive for breast cancer. Her cancer was now in her lymph nodes. December 30th she had another surgery to remove lymph nodes and was told she needed 20 weeks of Chemo and 6 weeks of Radiation. From the first day she received news her cancer was back she started researching cancer treatments, traditional and alternative. Nothing was off limits and information was falling into her lap. Aimee has a Facebook page she started According to Aimee that she shares updates of her treatments, her studies, recommendations and her overall journey. She will start Insulin Potentiation Therapy with Low Dose Chemo soon with a clinic in St Charles, Illinois. Along with IPTLD, she has also radically changed her diet to plant based, takes an army of vitamins and mineral supplements, is doing weekly Vitamin C IV treatments, meditating, infrared sauna exposure, is exercising and spending time with GOD.
We are all here with her, as Aimee truly believes cancer has to be healed with your mind, body and soul.
Thanks for reading, praying and supporting Aimee!
