Jane Marie Wold says:

Caren, Ani & Elliott,
My deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers, to all of you. No words, will console you, as you have lost a most dearest person in your lives. No words, will know the pain & sorrow you feel, or your sadness. These feelings are real. They will engulf you, as you slowly work thru these first days, time that will seem surreal.
I send prayers, and comforting wishes, that you are surrounded by the love, support and care of MANY people.
I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember Steve, and our years together at Hy-Vee. I have many good memories.

Larry Lefferts says:

My heart is broken further after Steve’s passing! My thoughts and prayers are with you all!

Anish Goel says:

I met Steve for the first time when we were all little bitty kids in first grade at Lemme. Despite his medical issues and difficulties, he was always fun to be around, a kind and thoughtful person, and overall a great friend. I admired how he overcame his limitations so that he could be a normal kid and later a success in life and business. Even though I saw him rarely since high school, my respect for him never diminished. I will miss him and regret not having gotten to see him before he passed.

Kendra Brockmann says:

My deepest sympathy for your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family in this time of need.
